At Mazda Chatel, our after-sales service is made up of a team of certified Mazda technicians. Our technicians are constantly taking immersion courses on the latest innovations and features of new vehicles. During these trainings, they can exchange with the trainers and thus put into practice what they have just learned. At Mazda Chatel, we offer the largest service bay with 14 repair spaces, a limousine/shuttle service when you leave your vehicle for the day and a courtesy car rental service (book in advance).

During the maintenance, our service advisers will keep you updated on the status of your repairs through direct communication in the way you prefer via text or email ,with photos and videos of your vehicle.
